ParkerSteel establishes steel import and storage operation at port of Sheerness

ParkerSteel Ltd, a leading steel stockholder and processor based in the southeast of England, has established a new steel import and storage operation at the Port of Sheerness in partnership with Peel Ports Group, creating a more efficient supply chain route from vessel discharge to end customer across the Southeast. The solution was developed in response to growing demand for steel products across ParkerSteel’s customer base in construction, manufacturing and engineering. The strategic location of Sheerness and its expertise in steel cargo handling enabled the establishment of an operation supporting both current requirements and future growth.
