Dole increases Costa Rica terminal handling charge

Dole Ocean Cargo Express will increase its Terminal Handling Charge (THC) for cargo moving through Puerto Moín, Costa Rica. The increase will take effect on 13 September 2026 and will apply to both import and export cargo. THC to increase by US$25 per container Dole will increase the charge by US$25 per container , regardless of container size or type. For imports, the increase applies to cargo moving to Costa Rica via Puerto Moín. For exports, it applies to cargo moving from Costa Rica via the same port.
