NX Group launches NX-VISTA supply chain visibility platform

NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS has launched NX-VISTA, a new platform that centralises and visualises customers’ order, shipping and inventory information across the entire supply chain, available from August 17. The platform responds to growing demand for end-to-end supply chain visibility as rising geopolitical risks and increasing supply chain complexity make prompt and accurate decision-making increasingly critical for businesses. NX-VISTA addresses a common structural challenge in supply chain management, where order, shipping and inventory information is typically managed across separate systems, making it difficult to obtain a timely and comprehensive view of operations. The platform aggregates data from core systems, shipment tracking platforms and warehouse inventory systems, linking information through management keys such as purchase order numbers and item numbers to provide a single centralised dashboard. Key capabilities include consistent visibility from order placement to delivery, centralised access to supplier shipping information and carrier tracking data alongside warehouse inventory counts, and multi-carrier support that extends visibility to transport data handle

LOGISTEED secures commercial data utilisation technologies

LOGISTEED has announced the award of three patents covering technologies that utilise data collected from commercial vehicles, addressing key operational challenges in fleet management including remote diagnostics, centralised data management and fuel efficiency monitoring. The transportation industry faces growing pressure to improve vehicle operational stability, maintenance efficiency and fuel consumption management as part of broader decarbonisation efforts. A central challenge is that vehicle data varies significantly across manufacturers, vehicle models and onboard devices, making it difficult to effectively utilise and manage information across mixed fleets. The three patented technologies address these challenges directly. Source: LOGISTEED Holdings.
