China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) is moving to take control of Chinese domestic container carrier Antong Holdings, according to DynaLiners. Antong is the parent company of Quanzhou Ansheng Shipping. CMES has increased its combined shareholding in Antong to 24. 84%.
