ADNOC reports record Q2 net profit

ADNOC Logistics and Services has reported record second quarter and first-half 2026 financial results, surpassing market expectations and demonstrating exceptional operational strength underpinned by strong shipping market performance. Second quarter 2026 revenue reached US$ 2,584 million, a 98% increase year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 176% to US$ 1,106 million and net profit surged 303% to US$ 951 million, representing a record quarterly result for the company. For the first half of 2026, revenue increased 46 percent year-on-year to US$ 3,667 million, EBITDA rose 98% to US$ 1,475 million with a margin of 40% , up 11 percentage points year-on-year, and net profit grew 179% to US$ 1,173 million. The EBITDA margin expansion was driven by record shipping performance across the company’s diversified business model and elevated market rates. The company has raised its full-year 2026 earnings guidance for the third time, reflecting continued strong performance.
